Cogne Academy: Relaunch 12 new Industry 4.0 trainees
Grand re-opening of Cogne Academy…Cogne’s in house training academy welcomes our 12 new Industry 4.0 trainees. After a rigorous selection procedure, the new entries started lessons today, Monday 17th October. This innovative, intensive course will provide our students with a firm foundation for the future.
This fully comprehensive free course of 252 hours, in conjunction with ‘Agenzia per il Lavoro Umana’ and the Formatemp Fund will be taught by top level industry experts and trains students to develop the following skills :
· Basic skills: Health and Safety
· Transversal Skills: focussing on company organisation and English
· Technical Skills: technical and specific sectorial operative know-how
184 hours are dedicated to in person, classroom activities and 141 hours will be carried out in various different factory sectors.
The new Cogne Academy course will run form 17.10.2022 to December 2022.
Cogne Acciai Speciali will offer jobs to the most successful candidates upon course completion.
