On May 3rd, CAS acquired 65% of Com.Steel Inox S.p.A., a company active in the recovery and treatment of stainless steel and nickel alloys scrap in Calusco d'Adda (BG).

On October 31, 2024, Cogne Acciai Speciali completed the acquisition of Mannesmann Stainless Tubes GmbH, along with its subsidiaries and operational facilities in Germany, France, Italy, and the United States.

On August 1st 2023, CAS acquired from Outokumpu Oy the Swedish company Degerfors Long Products AB, which includes the Degerfors and Storfors plants

On September 19th, CAS acquired 100% of British company Special Melted Products, a company focused on the supply of high value-added materials, primarity to the aerospace, energy and nuclear sectors.
