Online Booking: Only reservations made through this online platform will be accepted. Emails and other communications will not be considered valid requests. 2. Required Information: When booking, please provide the number of participants and their classes. 3. Number of Participants: The minimum number of participants is 10 and the maximum is 24, including chaperones. This initiative is intended for groups, not individual visits. 4. Start Time: The tour will begin at 9:00 am, instead of 10:00 am. 5. Bookings per Institution: Only one reservation per institution can be made, in order to offer this opportunity to as many schools as possible. 6. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 10 business days before the visit date. 7. Safety and Behavior: During the visit, all participants must follow the instructions of CAS staff and comply with safety regulations. 8. Accessibility: If you have any special needs or accessibility requests, please notify us at the time of booking. VISIT AVAILABILITY PERIOD: October 22, 2024, to November 26, 2024 March 4, 2025, to June 10, 2025 In order to offer an adequate experience and ensure the safety of our guests, the visits are intended for students in third grade and up.
