The main purpose of the visits is to offer participants the opportunity to enter a steel production plant and gain first-hand insight into the production processes, products, and activities that define the Cogne Acciai Speciali site.

Visit Guidelines – Cogne Acciai Speciali:

Online Booking: Only reservations made through this online platform will be accepted. Requests sent via email or other channels will not be considered valid;

Required Information: At the time of booking, please provide the exact number, age of participants, and their class group (if applicable);

Number of participants: The minimum number of participants is 10 and the maximum is 24, including accompanying persons. This initiative is designed for groups, not for individual visits. Furthermore, it is advisable to consider having 2 accompanying persons for groups of 15 pupils or more;

Start time: the tour lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes early;

Maximum number of bookings per school: To allow visits to as many schools as possible, a maximum of 2 bookings per school will be permitted;

Clothing: For safety reasons, long trousers and closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Hiking boots or sturdy, non-slip footwear are strongly recommended;

Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 10 days prior to the scheduled visit;

Safety and Conduct: All participants must follow the instructions of CAS staff and comply with all safety regulations during the visit;

Minimum age of participants: for safety reasons, the minimum age for participation in tours is 7 years old;
