REPORTING OF VIOLATIONS
You can also file a report via the dedicated Whistleblowing Portal if, in the context of your work, you become aware of violations of:

the Code of Business Conduct and its core values

laws and regulations, including unlawful conduct under Italian Legislative Decree 231/01

decisions issued by authorities

internal company procedures
-
human rights (including any act of discrimination, harassment, or abuse)
or if you have identified conduct that may cause harm or damage, even reputational, to the Cogne Group.

The system allows you to submit reports anonymously, ensuring the utmost confidentiality of the whistleblower and full compliance with applicable regulations. Reports must be based on facts, without prejudice or ulterior motives, and will be handled by an independent third party.
