Cogne Acciai Speciali informs that, due to the constant increase in the costs of energy, starting from the 1st of March 2008 the base price of tool steel will increase.
The increase will be of 120 €/t for conventional steel and of 170 €/t for ESR remelted steel.
01 June 2006:
Cogne Acciai Speciali informs that it will increase base prices on its stainless bar and rod by € 80-200/tonne, depending on product, effective immediately on new bookings. This increase is necessary to turnaround the significant increase in the main raw material costs, including energy costs. This situation which is not linked directly to the production capacity of Cogne Acciai Speciali has a relevant impact on production costs.
